Dakota Runnels

So, this is my kid’s site (Ok, she’s not a kid anymore!) and of course I am painted with a brush stroke of bias, however…I have always thought she has an incredible talent with the camera, especially food photography. She started taking pictures at the age of 11 when my sister let her use her VERY expensive camera, to help take her mind off of the fact that she was missing her Mom and Dad, who were on the road. What she did with that “diversion tactic”, surprised my sister and ultimately all of us! She has gone on to earn not only great money by taking pics for some highly acclaimed restaurants, but the respect of the owners of those establishments. She has done some striking avant-garde portraits and impressive business portfolios. Her macro shots of nature are impressive as well. She is a thoughtful photographer.

It has not only been good for business for me to work with Bill and his team, but good for me personally, and a pleasure to work with such knowledgeable, up to date, and courteous people!  I wanted to create a clean, stylish and easily navigable site, that also was on the cutting edge of utilizing and maximizing all SEO techniques. I also love the fact that Bill is a veteran of the Marine Core of our United States Military, and it’s very easy to see how that service has benefited him where work ethic is involved, among other attributes he possesses and uses in his business. I highly recommend him and his company. TR

Roy Rice Photography

One of the most energetic yet focused individuals I know! He has a heart of gold and loves what he does. Once he knew what I was looking for regarding the feel and style of each set of photos, he slayed it! Love this guy! TR

What can I say, this company has felt like family from the first day I walked into the Stamford, CT headquarters and signed my contract…and I still consider them family. What an amazing and wonderful world called Sports Entertainment that I have been privileged to be a part of. I have gotten to entertain you (hopefully that is why you are on my site at this very moment) because I was a part of this company. Some of the most meaningful moments of my life have been when I was able to spend time with the families of seriously or terminally ill children, who have found solace in the dynamic story-lines that allowed you or your family to escape the difficulty of such a burden. I am excited to see all of the possibilities that the WWE Network has to continue to entertain you, whether you are an old school, “Attitude Era” lover or you are a staunch fan of today’s product, there is something for EVERYONE! Speaking of everyone…I can’t imagine anyone who calls themselves a fan of professional wrestling or sports entertainment and isn’t a subscriber of the WWE Network! For less than the cost of 3 PPV’s you get EVERY Pay Per View that WWE produces not to mention the library of videos that is an absolute treasure chest of everything WWF, WWE, WCW and ECW has ever produced, plus brand new original programming. A true sports entertainment fan should be a subscriber!

Relay for Life

After having family members taken from me and currently having the most amazing brother-in-law who is battling this ugly disease, I understand what supporting this American Cancer Society event means. I have learned that there is a real sense of community and family with those who come out to create a genuinely fun atmosphere, that is not only conducive for staying up all night and walking but for creating relationships to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, Remember loved ones lost, and Fight Back against the disease! Wishes are more than just a nice thing

A wish experience can be a game-changer for a child with a life-threatening medical condition.

This one belief guides us in everything we do at Make-A-Wish®. It inspires us to grant wishes that change the lives of the kids we serve. It compels us to be creative in exceeding the expectations of every wish kid. It drives us to make our donated resources go as far as possible.

Most of all, it’s the founding principle of our vision to grant the wish of every eligible child.

Wishes are more than just a nice thing. And they are far more than gifts, or singular events in time. Wishes impact everyone involved – wish kids, volunteers, donors, sponsors, medical professionals and communities. The impact varies. For wish kids, just the act of making their wish come true can give them the courage to comply with their medical treatments. Parents might finally feel like they can be optimistic. And still others might realize all they have to offer the world through volunteer work or philanthropy.

Whatever the odds, whatever the obstacles … wishes find a way to make the world better.

Ronald McDonald House

It is very easy to see why I am such an avid supporter of Ronald McDonald House charities, once you take a tour and see or talk to any family who has been held up and supported while their child was fighting for their lives or experiencing a long term rehabilitation to get back to something of a normal life. These families will tell you that without the help of this important charity, they would not have been able to be close by the hospital and remain an intact family unit, to be there day and night with their sick child or children. Can you imagine on top of the emotional stress of your child being so ill, that you also must bear the financial burden of the cost of a hotel for 3 or 4 weeks or months, to feed your entire family in a city that is not your own? I can’t either and that is why I have given to Ronald McDonald House charities in several different ways. I hope you will consider them when you have a surplus and need a worthy charity to share with. Thank you, TR 🙂

Autism Speaks

Autism Speaks is an autism advocacy organization in the United States that sponsors autism research and conducts awareness and outreach activities aimed at families, governments, and the public. I have two very dear friends who have two amazing daughters who live with this disorder. It greatly affects the entire family and as both of these friends would tell you, their daughters are the absolute lights of their lives…but it is not an easy thing to deal with. I encourage you to volunteer or donate to this worthy organization. TR
